Full Stack / Software Engineer

We are hiring a Full Stack / Software Engineer to work across front-end, back-end, data interface, and delivery development for our platform products. You will contribute to core platform functionality while supporting real customer projects, including systems integration, deployment, and troubleshooting. Strong software engineering fundamentals matter most, with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) used to improve day-to-day productivity.

What you will do

• Build back-end services, APIs, business logic, and data processing workflows for our data centre intelligence, digital twin, and optimisation platforms
• Develop front-end features, data dashboards, and configuration and operation interfaces with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Support deployment, data onboarding, and integration with on-site systems such as BMS/DCIM, third-party platforms, and RESTful APIs on customer projects
• Use AI coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, testing, and documentation while safeguarding code quality
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering-quality practices

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of software development experience (5+ years for Senior, with some solution design or technical leadership)
• Strong Python and familiarity with a web framework such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Solid front-end experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, basic Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git workflows
• Ability to use AI coding tools effectively and to review, test, and improve AI-generated output

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with time-series databases, data ingestion, or observability systems
• Background in data centres, industrial IoT, BMS/DCIM, or simulation platforms
